This off-grid log home property is in the White Mountains area of NE Arizona, the Southwest part of Apache County. The area is sparcely populated and remote. There are gorgeous views and lots of peace & quiet.

The climate is mild and is very well suited for alternative energy. The sky is usually sunny with few or no clouds, providing excellent solar energy. There is an abundance of wind available for a wind power generator if so desired.

Excellent water is plentiful due to the high quality water source far below the surface named the Coconino Aquifer.
Clean air is also very plentiful. We are in one of the most clear air areas in the nation. At night the sky is full of stars and/or a bright moon.
This is big, wide-open ranching country with free running Antelope, Deer, and occasional Elk, as well as cattle and the odd cowboy. This is freedom.
This is the quintessential property for the old traditional self-reliant, individualist American family. It has all the amenities of living in town without the limitations, and other things, that come with living in a crowded urban environment.
